Yesterday all of us went on a
daytrip to Barcelona. Which ment we were finally gifted a break from the
workshops. Everyone kind of did their own thing; some went to a museum, some
went to Toró de la Rovira, some went full tourist and visited a number of classical
monuments in Barcelona and others simply went shopping, be it for souvenirs or
otherwise.
After having reunited in front of
the Apollo theater we went on to the ICA (Instituto de Cerveza Artesana)
brewery. Where they explained to us the process of making artesan beer. It was
very interesting. Once our tour was over, we moved to a bar located three door
down and had ourselves some of these artesan beers.
Today we went back to digging. It
was discovered that the bone we spoke about in our last blog, was not from a
human but infact from a cow. It was a bit of a disappointment, but still a very
nice find.
